At Mill Springs, Kentucky, in September of 2007, a Change of Command Ceremony was held for the Division as command was handed over to Brigadier General Steve Dunfee, having been elected by the Board of Directors of the First Federal Division. Mill Springs was the last event for the retiring commander, Brigadier General Mark Dolive, whose years of service and leadership were recognized throughout the weekend
